Questions

Before youask us.

Do I have to buy material through SunSolarOne?

No. You add your own vendors and keep your own prices and credit terms. SunSolarOne organises the purchase orders and stock; the commercial relationship stays yours.

Where does the BOQ come from?

From the saved rooftop design. A project's material requirement follows the BOQ of its current design, and you can raise purchase orders for whatever isn't already in stock.

Can it handle stock in a van or at a site?

Yes. Add any place you keep material — warehouse, site store or a team's vehicle — as a warehouse, and transfers between them are recorded like any other stock movement.

Do you track serial numbers?

Not yet. Stock is tracked by item and quantity today. Serial and barcode tracking for modules and inverters is on our roadmap.
