1. In the SunSolarOne field app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap your initials at the top right, then Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
2. On the website
Sign in at sunsolarone.com/login, open Settings → Account and use Delete my account.
3. By email
If you can no longer sign in, email support@sunsolarone.com from the email address or with the mobile number on the account. We verify the request and delete the account within 15 days.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted at once: your sign-in (email or mobile number and password), your profile and your access to every workspace.
- Records you created for your company — leads, surveys, proposals, invoices, projects — belong to that company and stay with it, without your name attached.
- If you are the only member of a workspace, it is closed: the subscription is cancelled immediately, and the workspace and its data are deleted after a 30-day window in which you can ask us to restore or export it.
- Kept as the law requires: our invoices and payment records for subscriptions (8 years, Indian tax law) and security logs (up to one year). See the Privacy Policy.
- Photos and drafts saved on your phone by the app are removed when you delete the account in the app, or when you uninstall it.
5. If an installer holds your details
If you are a homeowner whose details a solar installer entered into SunSolarOne, the installer controls that data. Ask the installer to delete it; if they don't respond, write to support@sunsolarone.com and we will pass the request on and help them act on it.
