From proposal toloan enquiry.
The loan conversation starts from the proposal the customer is already looking at. Their enquiry reaches your team with the system size and price attached.
- Offer — An EMI calculator sits in the proposal next to the cash price, worked out for that system.
- Enquire — The customer taps “Check eligibility” on the proposal link and sends the loan amount and tenure they want.
- Follow up — The enquiry lands on the proposal in your CRM, so your team can take it to the bank or NBFC you work with.
- Roadmap — Lender status updates and disbursal tracking on the project are on our roadmap.
The right papers,asked for once.

Before youask us.
Does SunSolarOne lend the money?
No. SunSolarOne is the software. Loans are made by banks and NBFCs. We show EMI options in your proposal and pass the customer's loan enquiry to you; we don't share it with lenders or arrange the loan.
Who sets the interest rate and tenure?
The lender, after checking the borrower's credit. The rates in the EMI planner and the lender cards in the proposal are indicative samples so your customer can see the shape of the deal.
Does taking a loan affect the PM Surya Ghar subsidy?
No. The subsidy is paid into the customer's bank account after commissioning however they paid for the system. Many customers use it to prepay the loan, which the planner can show.
Can we keep using Tally for accounts?
Yes. SunSolarOne raises GST invoices and records payments per project; your accountant keeps the books in Tally. Data can be exported as CSV or JSON today, and a direct Tally export is on our roadmap.
